What this prototype handles

When you use a project, contact or custom-request form, the page asks for an email address, country or region, build type, preferred control path and a written brief. A Build list submission also includes the products you selected. Please send only the project context needed for a first reply.

After you submit, the browser sends the form to the same-origin inquiry Worker. The Worker verifies the request with Cloudflare Turnstile, sends a notification to the configured LumaCircuit mailbox and returns a handoff ID. This site does not store the request in a CRM.

Information stored in your browser

• Build list items are stored in browser localStorage so a shortlist can survive a page refresh.
• Comparison selections are stored in browser localStorage so the technical shortlist can be reopened.
• The Guides checklist is stored in browser localStorage and is not sent to the store.
• These browser records can be removed by clearing site data in your browser. They are not a substitute for an account or a server-side project record.

Information we ask you not to send

Do not submit Wi-Fi passwords, MQTT credentials, API keys, private network diagrams, security tokens, residential access codes or other secrets. A product name, use case, measurement, destination and desired result are enough for a first technical review.

Production privacy work still required

• Identify the legal data controller, contact address, processing purposes, retention period and data-subject request process.
• Document the approved form endpoint, CRM, hosting provider, anti-abuse service and any analytics or advertising tools.
• Set access controls, deletion procedures, incident handling and cross-border transfer terms before accepting live customer data.
• Have the final notice reviewed for the countries and markets in which the service will operate.
