The back has double-sided adhesive tape, so removing the protector from the tape and sticking it to the place you want to install is easy. There are 3 waterproof level products available: the IP20 non-waterproof, IP65, and IP67. The installer can use the IP20 and IP65 White Programmable LED Strips for indoor applications, and the IP65 and IP67 White Digital LED Strips for outdoor, waterproof projects.
